We really pride ourselves in working on a smaller scale to provide a higher level of customer service to our owners and tenants. Reilly Sullivan
Real estate transitions are adventures. My job is to understand your needs and to apply my expertise to make your journey as satisfying as possible. I bring a deep knowledge of Missoula life (neighborhoods, people, lifestyle), an appreciation for real estate’s high stakes (financial and emotional), and meticulous business skills to make your transaction successful. I want to help you net the most money and the most satisfaction. My background is in business marketing and customer service. I received my B.S. in Business Marketing from UM in 2007. I have designed marketing campaigns and produced marketing materials for real estate for more than 10 years. I managed adventure travel trips, requiring keen attention to detail, project management, and topnotch customer service. When I’m not working, I can most likely be caught fishing on one of our local rivers with my kids, husband and yellow lab.
Carson Paulson
Carson Paulson has been an active member of the Missoula community for 3 years now, and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward Real Estate and Property Management! She brings passion and excitement for the city and state to her approach in finding a home for you. “I felt at home in Missoula the moment I arrived in 2016 and instantly fell in love with it. You probably fell in love with this place pretty quickly too—if you are like the other “transplants” of us and came from somewhere else—and now it’s time to put down some roots and stay a while.” When Carson isn’t making homeownership and other housing dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time trail running, skiing, and exploring all that Montana has to offer.
